I have been a Chef for over 30 years. I studied in this field and gained even more experience working all over the world, especially in South America. I know the reality in the restaurant industry, having worked as a Chef in the family Inn for 25 years.

With my expertise, I create tasty, crunchy and allergen-free preserves and condiments. To enhance your dishes to the height of your desires, I can create and provide you with the condiment of your choice. Thus giving you the means to save time, labor and money!
